Grand Prize Winner at SAG Poker Classic 2014
That’s right! I won the Grand Prize at the 4th Annual SAG Poker Classic & Party! Beating out the likes of Powers Boothe (Sin City, Tombstone) who took 2nd place and Lex Lang (Justice League)
Over 300 Celebrities, voice-over stars, poker players and guests turned out to support the Screen Actors Guild Foundation’s Don LaFontaine Voice-over Lab, a Los Angeles based SAG Foundation facility dedicated to the development and success of voice-over Artists. The event, hosted by Robert Hays of Airplane, took place at the The Museum of Flying.
People have asked me how I did it? I had a stint of three months in my life where I was an online gambling addict. It was a shameful time of staying up all night, but I guess it paid off. As the grand prize winner, I won a 3 night stay at the Hilton Los Cabos Beach and Golf Resort, Two United Airlines First Class tickets to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Dunkin’s Diamonds Watch, Mama’s Boy Infusion Tequila, Mark’s Garden Flower Arrangement and of course, a 1st place trophy and the glory of being the 1st woman to ever place in the SAG Foundation Poker tournament.
It was an honor to play with such amazing people and it was even more fun to take them down one by one! Till next year… or Vegas!!

Voicing Sundance Channel Promos at the Sundance Film Festival
I’ve always wanted to say it – I’m attending the Sundance Film Festival and today I got to voice for the Sundance Channel. I am the promo voice for Joe Zee’s Revealing. The third of four specials, “Joe Zee’s Revealing: Celebutante” explores society’s obsession with celebrity. It airs on February 5th at 9 pm ET/PT.
